Seeking Room For Rent (San Francisco)

I am seeking a room for rent at, or around, $750 a month.
I am a 43 year old woman.
I am quiet, clean, and keep to myself.
I don't have guests on a regular basis, and no overnight guests.
I craft, create art, read a lot, and occasionally watch Star Trek.
Lol.
I can move in May 1st.
