33f iso private room and private bathroom (Napa)

I'm a 33yo single female with no pets looking for a private room with a private bathroom in Napa.
Nothing too expensive because I'm on a budget, but you won't have to worry about me being able to pay rent.
Nothing above $1600 I would love my own place but will settle for sharing a room in a clean house with no children.
And if you have pets, I will definitely give them extra love and attention if I can.
I'm disabled with narcolepsy with cataplexy, so I need to take several naps thru out the day.
I also smoke weed medicinally.
I helps a lot with several things, including my EDS (excessive daytime sleepiness).
If you dont want me smoking inside, that's fine.
I'm respectful, clean, helpful, mostly keep to myself.
I even have my own handheld vacuum.
I love clear, direct communication.
Currently living at my mom's with her dog Wally and her bf.
Her bf is an ass and my mom is always stressed out and im tired of the toxic environment.
I need to get out so I can focus on myself more and can make better use of my energy.
