WANT: Private room with private bathroom + indoor garage parking (south san francisco)

Hello! I am planning to move out to a new place due to too many tenants living in this current house.
I have been living in this house for 3 years, and I have always been paying rent on the 1st of every month.
Must have indoor garage parking since my vehicle have been stolen before.
Preferred with own bathroom(or share with 1 person) and I don't mind sharing kitchen or common space.
I am flexible with any where from Daly City to San Mateo as long as it's sunny with no fog.
I am 33 years old.
I work in tech.
Chinese.
Clean, quiet, respectful and always keep things clean like my own house.
No pets, I don't smoke/party/do drugs, and 800+ credit score.
