The UPS Store in Foster City is looking to add another member to our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by receiving and processing shipments, operating copiers, fax machine, laminating machine, passport camera, sorting mail.
-Must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business
-Team Player, friendly, energetic, motivated, responsible, helpful demeanor, demonstrate good work ethics (Willing to train the right candidate)
- Process sales transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (Preferred)
- Knowledge of cash handling (Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Notary is required and includes higher wages per hour
