Shama Thai Massage is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a positive experience for our visitors and clients.
You will manage a range of administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our front desk.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Customer Interaction:* Greet guests and visitors with a warm welcome, provide information on wait times, and ensure they are comfortable while waiting to see staff.
* *Communication:* Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor, take accurate messages, and forward calls to the appropriate party.
* *Appointment Scheduling:* Efficiently schedule appointments and optimize the daily schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
* *Administrative Support:* Perform various administrative tasks, such as checking out guests and handling inquiries about our store or services.
* *Operational Duties:* Take responsibility for opening and closing the store according to shifts, ensuring that the store is ready for business.
*Requirements:*
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Service-minded with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work the following shifts: Monday and Wednesday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday (morning or evening).
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Basic knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
