*Responsibilities*:
* Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
* Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers to enhance their in-store experience.
* Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
* Manage inventory of supplies, ingredients, and merchandise, placing orders as necessary.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
* Handle cash transactions, ensure accurate accounting, and manage financial records.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Continually assess business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
*We'd love to hear from people with:*
* 2 years retail / customer service management experience
* Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
* Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
* Bilingual proficiency (Chinese & English) is preferred
* Knowledge of inventory control and budgeting principles is preferred
* Minimum High School
*Requirements:*
* Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in United States.
* Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
