Prior experience in a bicycle shop is great but enthusiasm for helping people and matching our products and services to their needs is key.
You will be on your feet most of the time, greeting people, finding out why they've come in and making their visit worthwhile.
Excellent command of English is required; being able to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
