Make Williams-Sonoma a gift giving destination by packaging customer purchases and ensuring immediate availability of pre-wrap cello and ‘grab-and-go’ items
Ensure timely gift-packaging of purchases to meet visual standards and to exceed customer expectations (within timeliness standards)
Engage in multiple clients and create a positive lasting impression by offering personalized service
Affirm the client’s purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions
Promote all the services that build lasting client relationships and drive sales (in-Store/in-Home Consultations, Registry, Credit card, Clienteling)
Assist the sales team in providing personalized service
Assist sales team in providing personalized service; store client purchase at cash wrap, process holds, locate merchandise, etc.
Maintain visual standards and supplies of the gift wrap and cash wrap area

1-2 years retail experience, (specialty retail preferred but not required)
1-2 years customer service experience
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
Availability to meet the Seasonal needs of the business.
Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season.
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75lbs.
while utilizing appropriate-equipment and safety techniques
Ability to operate POS systems

The anticipated pay for this role will be: $18.
