We're looking for Customer Success Rep to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Proficient in Shopify backend.
* Support Sales Team functions.
* Review daily orders, contact customer to verify order.
* Contact customers by phone.
* Making 100+ calls/texts a day.
* Emailing hundreds of emails daily.
* Concustomer unsold customers by emails and/or phone.
* Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
* Work with Sales and Techincal Team.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1+ year experience in ecommerce platform (Shopify.
)
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
* Driven, "Whatever it takes" mindset.
* Punctuality, Honest, reliable, organized.
* Familiarity with all e-commerce platforms.
* Strong communication skills.
* Deadline and detail-oriented.
* Automotive parts knowledge is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $49,000.
00 - $89,000.
