As a Retail Consignor Specialist, you will help drive the business forward by supporting a seamless in-store consignor experience.

What You Get To Do Every Day Educate consignors on The RealReal's mission of sustainable fashion and business structure Build brand loyalty by delivering a best in class customer experience Clearly communicate our consignment process and set proper expectations with the consignor during drop off Carefully review and process all items for shipment, ensuring they are cataloged and up to TRR quality standards Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards Other duties as assigned What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements 1+ year of experience working in retail or customer service Ability to commit to 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A positive, friendly demeanor with the ability to represent the TRR brand with integrity and professionalism at all times Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the customer experience Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Adaptability and openness to change Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance Ability to quickly learn and master new technological tools Preferred Requirements Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce Compensation | Benefits | Perks Base pay + bonus pending goal achievement 18 days of vacation paid (increases after 1st year) Sick time, holiday pay & volunteer time paid Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock @ discounted rates) 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits Applicable in NY and CA only: Up to 40 hours of paid time off is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis The expected hourly rate for this role is $15.
