*Job Summary:*
Sisley is seeking a Counter Manager/ Business Manager who is highly motivated and passionate about the beauty industry to work at the Sisley counter in Neiman Marcus.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of skincare products and makeup techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* · Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with excellent customer service
* · Manage the daily operations including sales, inventory, and customer service
* · Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* · Offer personalized makeup consultations and application services to customers
* · Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences
* · Meet or exceed sales goals set by the brand and store management
* · Keep the counter clean, organized and stocked with products
* · Maintain knowledge of the brand's products and services, as well as the latest makeup trends
* · Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques
* · Work with store management and Regional to ensure that inventory levels are maintained
* · Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times
* · Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases
* · Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
* · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards

*Requirements:*
* · High school diploma or equivalent
* · Certification in makeup artistry preferred
* · Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry
* · Strong leadership skills
* · Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
* · Excellent communication and customer service skills
* · Knowledge of makeup application techniques and products, particularly high-end cosmetics
* · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
