Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process cash and credit card transactions accurately - Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Skills: - Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations - Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the wireless industry - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions - Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers - Proficiency in cash handling procedures and accuracy in counting money - Understanding of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts, sales tax, and profit margins We offer competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
