* Car Rental Agent has a strong emphasis on selling and revenue maximization on core products.
* Car Rental Agent will achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
* Rental Agent will work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality customer service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience
* Car Rental Agent creates a positive customer service experience by listening to and identifying customer needs.
Providing accurate information Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and service.
* Rental Agent qualifies and processes customer rentals with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Car Rental Agent will resolve customer issues and concerns professionally using effective customer service techniques.
* Rental Agent maintains appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines.
* Car Rental Agent will engage customers in a courteous professional manner
* Rental Agent completes the reservations or change process expeditiously
* Car Rental Agent answers general customer questions, resolving customer complaints/issues, and servicing customer questions/requests on existing reservations.
