You will be responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities: Develop, prioritize, and drive the execution of the large cross-functional programs for the Customer Digital Identity domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Align with the organization's leadership to set technology roadmaps and enable cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable customer digital identity solutions.
Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the customer digital identity domain.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as required.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry innovations, trends, technologies, and best practices in the customer digital identity space, incorporating them into the company's offerings as appropriate.
Drive continuous improvement efforts in the customer digital identity domain, adopting Agile methodologies and encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Ensure the team's work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and security standards, especially as they pertain to customer's personal and sensitive information.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the digital identity domain.
Strong expertise in modern identity management systems, architectures, and technologies (e.
g.
, SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Federation).
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale digital identity projects on time and within budget.
