Manager- Operations DX Content - Video Producer Location: You will have the opportunity to work from one of three locations where we have a team presence, Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, or Bentonville, AR.

The team you'll get to join: On the Driver Experience team, we're focused on creating an intuitive gig-driver experience that just works.

Where you'll help: As a Video Producer you will focus on developing creative and educational video content to enhance the overall agent and driver experience.
Through your video production you will enable sustainable contact reduction, improved support KPI's, and improved driver retention.
You should be committed to synthesizing actionable insights, collective learnings, driver feedback, user research, and your best practices into compelling and engaging video content.
Your storytelling ability should be able to stimulate change in both agent success and driver engagement in ways that promote retention all while creating a continuous learning environment.
You'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop live action educational videos and instructional walk-through guide from conception to completion.
You will also leverage your project management skills to maintain, report, and track the status of all video content in development and ensure it is delivered on time to support initiatives.
You will also be responsible for strategizing video content design and development features, while working closely with internal and external content partners supporting the DX Content team.
Minimum Experience & Skills: Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and shifting priorities is crucial, given the past paced nature of our work and industry.
