We partner closely with brands on strategies and solutions that harness Walmart's unparalleled omnichannel influence.
We deliver relevant retail ads and experiences that connect our customers with the brands and products they love.
And we use Walmart's proprietary online and in-store data, encompassing 95% of American households, to measure campaign-correlated sales on our site and in our stores.
We are in search of an exceptional Product Data Science Manager with specialized expertise in cross-channel ads measurement to lead our ambitious product initiatives in the retail media landscape.
This role demands a visionary leader who blends technical expertise with strategic acumen to develop solutions that empower advertisers to navigate the complexities of today's retail media and digital marketing ecosystem effectively Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for our cross-channel ads measurement solutions including Marketing-mix modeling, Multi-touch Attribution, Sales Lifts, Ghost Ads, Incremental analysis, Casual inference.
Aligning with the overall business objectives and customer needs Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and analytics teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver measurable value to our clients Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in cross-channel measurement within the Retail Media space Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable product features and improvements Define and analyze key performance indicators that inform the success of products, using data-driven insights to drive continuous optimization and innovation Establish robust metrics and analytics frameworks to evaluate product performance, drive continuous improvement, and justify product decisions with data Champion a culture of excellence in product development, advocating for best practices in user experience, technology integration, and data privacy Serve as the subject matter expert for ads measurement, providing thought leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Retail Media or digital advertising industry Demonstrated success in leading product lines from conceptualization to market launch and post-launch optimization, particularly in a fast-evolving industry sector Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in cross-channel ads measurement or a similar area Deep understanding of the advertising technology stack, analytics platforms, and measurement methodologies, both online and offline Strong analytical skills and familiarity with measurement methodologies and technologies used in digital and offline advertising Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and influencing stakeholders at all levels Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
Preferred Qualifications Master degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field Experienced in building market mix and multi-touch attribution models Experience with advertising technology platforms Ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.
