Walmart Data Ventures is looking for an experienced Program Manager who will be central in driving continued growth, efficiency, and success of program operations across the total organization.
This role requires an exceptional individual who is intellectually curious, enthusiastic, a problem solver, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and can build strong relationships across teams and individuals.
The role will have broad exposure across product, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, training, account management, and business development teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with proven experience in stakeholder leadership and business operations.
It is critical for the candidate to be an expert of key enterprise tools (i.
e.
, Airtable and SharePoint) to successfully own the strategy and implementation of our product and business operations.
Responsibilities Include.

• Ideate the strategy, create the plan, maintain and continuously improve business processes and operations across Data Ventures through the ownership of key enterprise tools and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of assigned programs, business tools, and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate directly with project stakeholders at all levels to develop and drive overall goals for Data Ventures.
• Define frameworks and execute complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify and manage critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies; collect and analyze project metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Escalate and communicate program related issues to mitigate risks.
• Support development of executive level presentations and perspectives.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, communications management, operations management or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, communications management, operations management, or related area.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience building and implementing complex non-technical project plans.
• Highly proficient in managing enterprise tools; have creator experience in Airtable (or similar program management software) and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in non-technical program management, business operations, process improvement, or tech start-ups.
• Experience owning and executing communication plans; ability to translate complex ideas into digestible messages and clearly articulate to diverse audiences.
• Experience with end-to-end planning of large meetings and presentations; proven ability to define presentation strategy, craft agendas, bring in multiple stakeholders throughout the planning process, draft talking points and scripts, host meetings remotely or in-person.
