About The Role We are looking for a Director, Business Strategy - Walmart+ Member Retention to join the Walmart+ Member Retention Strategy team.
This role sits within the broader Walmart+ Business team and will lead a team tasked with driving paid member engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a deep understanding of membership/subscription performance drivers and proven experience in data-led decision making.
The candidate should be a strong collaborator who is adaptable, strategic, & results-oriented.
The role is highly visible and collaborative, and we are looking for someone who can create a strong vision, direct the analyses to back it up, and drive the execution of the tactics alongside our cross-functional partners.
What you'll do.

Drive business results: Analyze, interpret, and share performance trends for our paid member base and the key drivers of retention.
Formulate the retention strategy: Armed with insights on program performance and initiatives, shape the strategy that will drive continued improvement in retaining our paid members, build the business cases for initiatives and develop the strategic roadmap.
Launch growth initiatives to execute the strategy: Collaborate with a cross-functional team to inform new tests, launch new initiatives, and establish success metrics and reporting.
Lead the paid retention strategy team: L ead a small-but-mighty team of strategists, while serving as a strong partner to a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Marketers, Designers, other strategists, and more.
Champion the Walmart Culture : Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

You have a deep understanding of what it takes to build and nurture a successful membership or subscription business, particularly in retention You have experience managing and growing teams, while also building relationships and influence without authority You have top-notch analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives and have a mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
You can collaborate in a highly cross functional environment, often in complex organizational matrices You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate at appropriate levels of detail, based on the audience You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems You're someone with strong discipline and organization skills; someone who can gets things done yourself and steer the ship You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale Minimum Qualifications.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.
00-$286,000.
