WMC is looking for a B2B marketing analyst with a proven record of helping drive revenue at scale - ideally in eCommerce, retail media, Ad Tech and/or Agency - to staff the newly established marketing analytics function that supports partner and seller marketing.
This person would be responsible for building the frameworks and tools , assessing the effectiveness , and recommending ways to optimize the marcom initiatives t hat enable the success of partners and sellers who advertise on our platform.
Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of our business , customers, and the competitive landscape , and what drives valuable outcomes Build , scale and operate the measurement framework and tools , key performance indicators, and targets for B2B marketing initiatives that take the full funnel into consideration, from initial touchpoint to revenue growth over time Leverage this framework and tools to assess our marketing initiatives and extract actionable insights we can use to optimize and innovate Create audience segmentation and lists to enable tailored outreach Develop regular reporting mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders Inform budget, headcount , prioritization and other strategic decisions with data Be a strategic partner to marketing leads and cross functional stakeholders in Partner Development, Sales, Product Marketing and Business Operations by sharing your knowledge and point of view on how we can leverage data to achieve shared goals Contribute to the team and Walmart Connect's culture, mission and goals by building relationships and trust, operating with excellence, staying curious, and embracing a growth mindset Minimum Requirement s: Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field 3- 5 years' experie nce in B2B marketing analytics with proven record of helping driv e revenue at scale Experience measuring success across marketing channels - including but not limited to: paid media , email, virtual & in-person events and webinars , social, and sales enablement Experience creating , measuring full funnel outcomes, and optimizing audience segments based on target criteria Experience with A/B testing content and creative to optimize perform ance Advanced Excel and modeling skills Hands-on experience w ith tools such as Sale sforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics tools for Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong verbal and written storytelling skills using data Impeccable communication and organizational skills that enable cross-functional collaboration with many stakeholders for multiple projects at once, and to execute them efficiently and effectively Attention to detail Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and having tough conversations Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities strongly preferred Background in eCommerce, retail media, Ad Tech and/or agency is a plus Position Locations: San Bruno, CA Hoboken, NJ Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week in the office ( not a remote/virtual position) #LI-LW1 #walmartconnect #marketinganalytics #adtech At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.
00-$202,000.
00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
