Analyzing and interpreting information by using various analytical methodologies for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency.
Translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives to meet business goals.
Coupling analytics, strategy, and implementation to pursue opportunities that enable an even better customer experience.
Communicating effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to align on restructuring goals and drive collaborative solutions.
Designing and build new operational processes to address business issues.
Building and managing relationships with key partners that power the business forward.
Overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyzing business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
Communicating results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within the team.

What you will need: Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Strong ability to plan and execute numerous processes and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Data driven storytelling experience with visualizations in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Ability to build frameworks involving multiple data sources.
Preferred qualifications: 2 - 5 years of experience in areas of business analytics, data analytics, data management experience, including query development, root-cause analysis, and dashboard optimization.
Experience with data tools: MS-Excel (medium to advance), MS-Access, SQL and database mining knowledge, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc.
Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau).
Proficient in SQL and tableau and familiar with Python or R for data analysis and modelling.
At least 3 years of working experience in data analysis and have a good business sense in e-commerce.
