Revenue Operations is hiring a Senior Manager of E&S Program Operations to lead a newly-formed team responsible for various Enablement & Support programs.
The ideal candidate has experience leading through ambiguity, formalizing team operations, and enabling delivery across diverse & dynamic workstreams.
Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and enable a functionally-diverse team of five operations managers
Model and coach associates on program and change management practices
Continuously enable employee growth, development, and progression
Manage team capacity , strategic planning, and executional performance
Translate strategic concepts into functional goals and tactical steps
Drive excellence within various support/operational programs across the business
Deepen relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and decision-makers
Improve and formalize team process, policy, reporting, and documentation
Proactively identify , resolve, and report functional disruptions or risks
Scope and solution opportunities to drive efficiencies and scale
Minimum Qualifications
3 + years of people management experience
5+ years in ads, operations, or program management
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Strong written & verbal communication of complex topics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with service management through Salesforce, JIRA
Analytical thinking and experience solving problems autonomously
Excellent stakeholder negotiation and customer management
Proven track record driving operational excellence at scale
