We’re looking for someone to lead our team in Burlingame.
In this position you’ll:
* Ensure the store meets or exceeds KPIs.
* Train, motivate, and coach your team to meet their individual goals.
* Manage the recruitment/hiring, promotion, retention, reviews, and any terminations of the associates who work for you.
* Ensure your associates are a team, providing collaborative, low-pressure sales assistance to your customers.
* Create, develop and host events to solidify our relationship with top customers and designers.
* Build a culture based on our key values of collaboration, support, and kindness.
* Advocate for your customers to ensure their Terra experience is exceptional.
* Work with the Director of Retail and peers to develop best practices in store management.

* A track record of successfully motivating and managing teams

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in a collaborative way with high-end customers
* A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and an ability to problem-solve
* Strong organizational and resource management skills with an affinity for numbers
* The ability to master our Storis POS System.
* The ability to work most weekends, when most of our customers visit us.
