Tesla is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Experience Project Manager to execute on initiatives created within the Retail Experience Team that support the day-to-day operations of our retail spaces.
Based in Palo Alto, CA, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
The Senior Retail Experience Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, and creating an environment that reflects Tesla's commitment to sustainability and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Operational Excellence: Execute the operational initiatives across all Tesla retail locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and adherence to company standards
Customer Experience: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure that operational processes contribute to a positive and memorable customer journey.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all retail operations comply with Tesla's policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer engagement in retail spaces.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
Implement best practices to streamline operational workflows and improve overall effectiveness
Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of quality goods and services
Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail operations.
Use data insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Experience in project management, logistics, and supply chain operations
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
