Position Overview: We at MMD Redwood City are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cannabis Budtenders to join our team in Redwood City.
As a part-time Budtender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: *Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons, offering product recommendations and answering inquiries.
*Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
*Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
*Stay informed about current cannabis laws, regulations, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and accurate information to customers.
*Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing inventory counts as needed.
*Complete required training and certifications, including passing a background check and live scan.
Qualifications: *Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
*Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
*Must be 21 years of age or older.
*Ability to pass a background check and live scan.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
*Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
*Money handling experience is preferred.
