We also manufacture sharpening equipment and knives.
In the store and commercial trucks, we sell knives and provide commercial and retail sharpening services.

We have developed and support a national network of affiliated sharpening businesses using our Training, Equipment, Abrasives, Cutlery.

WHAT WE NEED
A Key FT person.
Your primary focus is helping our customers find cutlery and sharpening solutions and presenting our company’s business philosophy and solutions consistently.
You will work in the store while cross training in our Perfect Edge Sharpening method.
You will be listening to customers' requests, while determining the appropriate recommendations for knives, supplies and services that fit their needs.
Identifying professional culinary and home users needs appropriately and relaying which of our services they would be most satisfied with.
To fit into our team, you work with a sense of urgency and enjoy working in a cross-trained dynamic environment.
Being skilled at interacting with a diverse group of people and cultures is necessary.
Multi language would be a huge plus as our customers are from all around the globe as are our products.
REQUIREMENTS
You are motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable with the willingness/desire to learn.
Customer service experience in a related field such as cutlery, sharpening, grocery, retail, commercial service-based business, or hospitality.
Knowledge in knives or sharpening that relates to our business and the job.
Technical proficiency with retail and mobile technology is necessary.
Available to work 40 hours/week, including weekends.
At least 18 years of age or older.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
