Retail Customer Service/Sales Representative

Currently hiring for 3 open positions in: Hayward, Fremont & Dublin *No experience required as we train the right candidate.

*Responsibilities:* * Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
* Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making * Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
* Open customer accounts by inputting account information.
* Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
* Provide product and service support.
* Manage in-store relations including customer service.
* Answer questions or concerns about services or products.
* Provide information about new promotions.
*Requirements:* * Must be 18 years or older.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Availability to work flexible scheduling * Have reliable transportation * Positive attitude and outlook.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
* Relative work experience in any of the following roles: _Retail, Food and beverage, Customer service, Brand management, Product Representation_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
