Hi my name is Nick Young I am 32 years old and I work in construction, I am currently looking for a new roommate to move in as soon as possible.
I currently live in a 2 bed/1 and a half bathroom apartment at 1051 Whipple Avenue in Redwood City right in between downtown Redwood City and San Carlos.
The room available has a half bathroom.
The rent will be $1200/month + Utilities, with a parking spot available as well.
We also have a Laundry Mat next door and a Starbucks and other restaurants nearby as well.
The only restrictions for this apartment is that there are no pets allowed and no smoking whatsoever.

Also, for those that are concerned about this, I am fully Vaccinated and did not get COVID whatsoever.
I would prefer to get a roommate who is also Vaccinated.
