Two-bedroom/1 bath home available starting April 15th (or as early as April 9th if needed).
Optional furnishings as renter needs/wants.
Priority goes to 6 month or longer renters, but I am very open to 3-month leases with month to month arrangements.
1st Bedroom: This room has two large windows already fitted for black out curtains as needed.
It has a larger walk-in closet and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom/shared spaces.
2nd Bedroom: This room has beautiful sunlight and view of the backyard with two large windows that are fitted with blackout shades and decorative drapes.
It has a modest built in closet.
Shared bathroom: Full bathroom with tub, pedestal sink.
Closets: two built in hall closets for storage.
Kitchen: 3-year-old kitchen remodel.
Gas stove.
Lots of kitchen storage with stools for wrap-around-2-tier butcher block bar off counterspace.
2-year-old dishwasher.
Studio space: This is a converted carport that is fully available for storage, bonus room for kid zone indoor activities or for an office.
Storage unit: Attached to the studio is a fully covered storage space that we have used for keeping items extra dry as needed.
Great for electrical tools, higher value items for the outdoors such as backpacks and gear, etc.
Great backyard space that we have developed into a great garden space and a relaxing area to read/play with kids or have a party.
If you like to garden or have a private outdoors space, this is the place for you! We have a big back yard with garden veggie boxes and a patio and fire pit.
Great for kiddos or just enjoying a breath of fresh air.
Middle space is in the process of being turfed.
Front yard has a large lemon tree and a growing orange tree as well as a mature edible cactus and annuals that are also edible.
Young fruit trees in the back yard as well (e.
g.
baby peach, avocados and fig trees that had their first fruit this year).
Parking: Driveway parking behind a gate is available for up to three cars, but most of the time people have used the street parking because it is just as easy.
Laundry: Full, front-loading Washer and Dryer is available at the house and is shared among the 3 rooms.
Washer is only 3 years old.
Animals: I am open to one (1) animal in the house, but we had some problems in the past with animals digging up plants in the backyard and renters not picking up after their animal, so a deposit will be required.
This deposit will cover deep cleaning or repairs are necessary.
Costs and Commitment:
- To secure lease, you must be willing to provide first month rent and deposit (equal to one month rent).
We are looking for a 12-month lease at this rate.
If you are interested in a 6-month lease with renewal option, we can discuss for a slightly higher month rate and can lower if renewal occurs.
- Utilities and internet are not included in this rate but can be added if renter prefers for ease.
Water is $88 per month, internet depends on service; trash included and solar is very low rate as long as the renter keeps within norm ranges.
Internet can be under $100 per month for everyone or can be much higher depending on uses by everyone.
-Tenants are responsible for regular cleaning, though landlord can provide suggestions for support services in the area.
- adjacent ADU: on the property there will be another renter who has their own private set up and no access to this property.
