Hello! This is a great spot with really nice roommates.
The room is $1370 and the utilities are about $70 and internet is $30, so total comes to about $1470/month $1370 security deposit It’s an 5 bedroom house, and everyone here are working professionals.
We all stay busy, clean up after ourselves, and occasionally we hang out, watch movies together, sports, boardgames etc.
The room shares a bathroom with 3 other rooms, but it’s never been a problem in my experience.
The room is quite large, and there is a ton of storage in the garage.
If you have a queen size bed, it fits perfectly with plenty of leftover room as seen in photo.
