The space for rent is in the living room with a panel screen for privacy.
I’m a lady who works most of the time in the peninsula.
I take some clases at Canada College, and like to do exercise at the gym, and enjoy very much hanging out with friends.
So, I am most of the time out.
The apartment has an excellent location!! This is a few blocks from nice restaurants, movie theater, coffee shops and night life events.
2 blocks from Caltrain station.
1 block from El Camino Real.
A couple blocks from 101 freeway.
A 15 minutes driving from Canada College Community College.
20 minutes driving to Palo Alto.
The space for rent includes a good size closet and also includes utilities such as: Internet and PG&E Plenty of parking available off street!! Please: no overnight guest is allowed.
No drugs,alcohol or smoking in the apartment.
If you like to have a glass of wine sometime is totally ok! Please be respectful by not making noise after 11pm.
