This room is large with a high ceiling and it also includes your own private bathroom!
Great neighborhood! You can walk to downtown Burlingame, downtown San Mateo, Cal Train, and grocery shopping.
There is easy access to the freeway.
Your room is unfurnished, however a bookshelf, small desk and leather recliner are available if desired.
We have a washer and dryer in the house.
There is ample street parking if you have a car.
Move in date: available February 1st, with some flexibility either way

Utilities are included!! This includes monthly housekeeping, internet, cable TV, electric, gas, water, common household basics and trash.

Our house will have 6 people, both females and four males.
We're all friendly, get along well, and mostly do our own thing in our free time.
We're looking for a mature, responsible, clean and relatively quiet adult.
Occasional guests are allowed.
