We prefer someone with a full time job, a good credit history and good references with no drama.
The rent is $1100 each month and one time security deposit is also $1100.

Internet is $25 and pge is usually under $15 per person.
Unfortunately landlord does not allow pets.
Roommates: I(35), work most weekdays, keep things clean but not a clean freak and like to hangout in the living room when I feel social.
Roommate 2, (33f), also very chill, works from home, is also clean and friendly.
You will be sharing the bathroom with her.
You: Social with respectful boundaries, dont bring party home, treats home like home.
