All the cleansers, sponges, light bulbs, and plastic bag liners for the kitchen pales.
The water bill, the garbage bill, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a dustpan, and a mop are provided.
Whenever the washer, dryer, or TV breaks down, the repairs are paid out of the House Fund.
All common area furniture in the living room and dining room is provided and kept up.
