Fits a queen bed and large desk comfortably.
Utilities are approx $100 each per month.
Shares a bathroom with one of the roommates.
Unfurnished, but you may be able to purchase some of the existing furniture from current roommate.
The house - clean and spacious with lots of natural light.
Big kitchen with all the amenities (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, etc) - hardly ever used by the existing roommates.
Washer/dryer in the house.
Lots of storage space available.
Parking available for 1 vehicle in the back lot.
Nice front yard with a sweet palm tree.
Back yard is barren but has lots of potential.
The roommates -
C - working professional, mid 20s male, planning to move to New Zealand in the near future.
Me - working professional, mid 20s, male, very into biking, adventuring, music.
The neighborhood - close to Woodside rd (on Hudson St), easy access to 101 or 280.
Close to Safeway, Costco, Sigonas, and plenty of fruit trees.
In a safe and relatively quiet neighborhood, occasional noise from loud cars.
You - ideally working professional or student.
Short term (2+ month) or longer term works.
Non smoker.
