The house:
The room is located on the second story of a two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor.
There will be only one other renter living in the upper part of the house with you, and two cats.
We have a large beautiful garden and backyard filled with orange, lemon, pear, and apple trees you are welcome to use.
The house is near Woodside Road & Kentfield Ave, approximately 4 miles from Stanford campus, one block from Safeway, and 2 miles from easy 101 & 280 access.
No smoking in the house, No drugs.
