Looking for awesome roommates! The situation: The most amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house became available- this happens once every decade, maybe.
You can not see in this picture (I just really like the rainbows!) but the mountain and ocean views from this house are some of the best on the peninsula.
I am lucky enough to have good friends in the neighborhood, and was given the opportunity to rent the house, so I did! I am so overwhelmingly grateful for my incredible fortune and can not wait to call this house, home 🌈🙏 The only stipulation is that I had to start rent immediately.
I am traveling for three months starting April 15th (to roughly mid-July) so I am now looking for roommates to enjoy the house while I am gone! I am open to talking about options beyond that timeframe as well.
Also open to discussing different timing needs.
Can be furnished or unfurnished.
My stuff is not yet moved there.
Kid friendly, and pets welcome (with approval).
The lease is month to month, and I would be adding you as a roommate(s).
