I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a ground floor 2BR 2BATH apartment in San Mateo, shared with one room mate.
The bedroom will be unfurnished, the living room partly furnished so there's room for your stuff.
She's a young professional (28 yrs) and I've really enjoyed sharing a place with her.
Ideally we're looking for a young professional (20-30s) to take over my room, preferably a female who is looking forward to hanging out on occasion.
The place is around 1200 square feet and consists of kitchen (all with appliances), washer, dryer, living room, large beautiful patio, and 2 large bedrooms each with their own attached master bathroom (shower with tub).
Because of the large bedroom and attached bathroom there is plenty of privacy.
There is also ample closet space and the apartment is also equipped with a nest thermostat.
There is free uncovered parking, or you can also rent a covered spot in the garage for $75.
The apartment is only a few minutes from 101 or downtown San Mateo.
The location is ideal as it is very easy to drive to different areas in the Bay area (30 min to SF, 40 min to Oakland, 50 min to Santa Cruz).
Rent is $2200 for the shared apartment, utilities are usually around $200.
