We have 2 rooms opening up in a 4-bedroom house in the residential hills east of Linda Mar State Beach.
Each of the available rooms are 10’X10’ and feature similar window and closet arrangements (see photos for more details).
We are the 2 housemates (30-year and 35-year old dudes) that are staying on in the other two rooms.
The house is a beaut, complete with a spacious combined kitchen and living room, garage, large backyard, and deck with a view of the Linda Mar valley and Montara Mountain.
It has been a WFH sanctuary when heading to the office is too much of a hassle.
A little more about the living space:
-The kitchen is loaded with open counter space, all appliances are modern, and the stove and oven are gas-powered.
-The living room is fully furnished.
-The garage is used primarily as a gym that features free weight dumbbell and barbell sets, battle ropes, indo board, pull-up bar, and many open-floor pieces of equipment.
The garage also has washer and dryer units.
Storage is available with on shelving units and a space under the entry stairway.
-The backyard has 3 apple trees and a pear tree, a fire pit, and the sun-bleached furniture shown in the accompanying pictures.
-The deck is a great spot to enjoy watching rolling fog and birds of all kinds.
-The two available bedrooms share a bathroom.
The bathroom has an adjacent closet where toiletries that may not otherwise fit in the bathroom can be stored.
-There are two parking spots in the driveway with plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac.
Car ownership is highly recommended because of the lack of nearby public transportation options.
Now a little about us: we are young professionals, a pilot and an engineer, who enjoy lifestyles that mirror what Pacifica offers.
The local beach, trails, and tennis courts keep us busy for most of the daylight hours and we usually hit the hay early to make the most of the morning.
Along those lines, we appreciate quiet hours starting at around 10pm.
We respect communal spaces as if they were work spaces by keeping them clean and tidy for everyone’s use.
We are offering availability for scheduled visits on the following dates:
-Thursday March 14 between 5pm and 7:30pm
-Saturday March 16 between 3pm and 7:30pm
-Sunday March 17 between 12pm and 7:30pm
-Tuesday March 19 between 5pm and 7:30pm
-Thursday March 21 between 5pm and 7:30pm
-Friday March 22 between 5pm and 7:30pm

If you are interested in one of the rooms but are unable to make it to any of the above dates/times, please send us your availability before March 20 and we will try to get a visit scheduled with you.

The move-in date is set for April 1st, with an initial payment due at move-in of $1,890 (1 month of rent and the $1,000 security deposit).
