I am moving out and am looking for someone to take my room by Jan 1st.
Rent is 1150/month (not incl utilities).
The house is very spacious, fully stocked and furnished, and comes with amazing roommates! They are 3 working professionals in their 20s and 30s (3 females) who like to cook, play games, watch things, go out, see music, explore nature, and enjoy life.
On occasion we like to get together for family dinners and hangs.
This house has been in our friend group for the past 8 years and we are looking for someone who's responsible, chill, and would be a good fit to take over my room.
I've lived here for 10 fantastic years and am only leaving as I'm moving out of state
House details: 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 ovens.
Huge fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops.
Garage with a home gym (punching bag, weights and bench) and plenty of storage but no cars.
Attic for storage, overnight guests, yoga, meditation, etc.
T There are 2 parking spots in the driveway as well as lots of street parking.
Fantastic location on a quiet cul-de-sac right by the Bay Trail, close to 101, and minutes from downtown Palo Alto.
Deets on the roomies:
Rachelle + Jess both work as nurses.
Big fans of cooking, travelling, and chill movie nights.
Roxy works in tech and can be found most weekends checking out a DJ/music festival.
