We’re a couple of young professionals looking for someone to join us in a spacious 4br / 2ba house in a quiet neighborhood near San Antonio Shopping Center/ Safeway / Trader Joe's in Palo Alto.
The house is only 4 - 4.
5 miles to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto with a nice bike route to get there, ~3 miles from Google's campus in Mountain View, and 1-1.
5 miles from Google X.
There’s also a cute park just around the corner.
The house has vaulted ceilings, a spacious living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and appliances (including a dishwasher), in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of street parking, and a cute outdoor patio.

The available room is on the first floor and quite large, measuring about 17’ x 11.

5’), a private bath, and a private secure entrance through the patio.
There is a large patio door on one side and windows on the other that get a lot of light throughout the year (great if you are a plant parent!).
The room can also come furnished.
Housemates:
E - Female in her late 20’s pursuing a PhD at Stanford.
She enjoys baking, cooking, hiking, watching TV, and art (when she can find the time!).
S - Male in his early 30's working as a research coordinator at Stanford.
He enjoys cooking, hiking, watching YouTube, playing video games, and Warhammer 40k in his free time.
E - Nonbinary in their late 20’s working as a research technician at Stanford.
They enjoy baking, knitting and other misc.
crafting, hiking, and playing tabletop roleplaying games.
You - someone who is responsible, clean, fun, and easy to get along with.
We are hoping for someone who is happy to chat, be friends, and go out together sometimes, but also respects when we are in the mood for more private or quiet time/space.
Having friends over, or overnight guests, is fine, but we prefer a heads up and to not have too frequent large parties.

We are open to all genders and backgrounds.
The room is available beginning Feb 1st, but can be available earlier if needed.
Utilities average $150 / month / person, depending on seasonal usage.
This includes internet, monthly cleaning, and typical utils.
Security deposit ($700) + first month's rent to move in.
