4 bedroom 3 bathroom house is near downtown Redwood City walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and theaters.
The owner of the house is a 56 year old male and stays in the master bedroom suite with his own bathroom in it.
The bedroom for rent is temporary for one person only with no pets for 7-8 months and possibly longer if all is well, rent is $1300 a month with a $1200 deposit with a shared hallway bathroom total move in cost would be $2500 for one person only with no pets, good credit history, job references, past rental references and signed rental application and rental agreement.
The rent includes light cooking in kitchen and laundry privileges, the utilities are split between housemates about $150 for each housemate per month.
There is also a 25 year old male renting a bedroom that has a shared hallway bathroom that works in downtown Redwood City from 9AM-6PM.
I’m looking for someone that doesn’t work from home and goes to work on weekdays on a regular schedule that can accommodate
both housemates.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and keyed lock entries for doors, the house has central heating and a/c, please no electric space heaters allowed due to fire hazard.
Housemates are responsible for cleaning their own bedrooms and bathroom, if using kitchen to cook please clean own dishes.
Please no smoking, excessive alcohol drinking, inside house, and no pets allowed in house.
The bedroom will be move in ready anytime after March 1st.
