ABOUT YOU:
- Must be clean and tidy, always clean up after yourself, and be willing to share scheduled cleaning duties for the common areas.
- Professional who works outside the house with stable full-time normal business hours (8-5 weekdays) employment preferred.
- Financially responsible, mature, friendly, and drama-free.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/abusive drinking/loud parties, and sorry no pets.
- A background check (employment/income verification, current credit report, references) is required.
The room is available on May 1, 2024.
$800 Monthly Rent + $800 refundable security deposit (total of $1,600) to move in.
Utilities are not included and will be split evenly between the 4 housemates.
