Hello, we are looking for someone to fill a spot in our house located in San Bruno.
Less than 10 minutes outside of San Francisco.
The home is well maintained and the owner had the kitchen remodeled last month and added new appliances.
The home close to everything including restaurants, beaches, hiking trails and shopping malls.
The room is large, has its own private full bathroom, a walk in closet plus an additional secondary closet.
Our neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of parking.
The room is 1500 a/month The landlord pays all utilities which include -water -garbage -Pg&e -cable -high speed internet NOTE: The landlord also pays for a house cleaning service that come every two weeks to clean for us.
Washer and dryer were purchased less than 2 years ago and work great.
The backyard has plenty of outdoor seating, and multiple fire pits (great for summer time back yard relaxing).
US: We are very laid back and easy going.
We all hold professional jobs and are respectful of each other.
We are not into a "party house" type of thing however we are all for having a good time.
YOU: -Respectful -Clean -No drugs -Easy to get along with -No drama Also, we don't mind you having guest over for the night however please no live in bf/gf or "friends".
