We are a group of five individuals with diverse backgrounds in education, science, and tech.
We believe that a great house starts with great people.
We are looking for our new roommate to fill a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for move-in on March 1st.
The room fits a queen bed and has a closet.
The house is large with a lot of storage space! We have a wonderful private backyard, pool, and spa all located in an Emerald Hills mansion overlooking a view of downtown Redwood City.

We are a chill group of individuals whose average age is in their late 20s and 30s.
All of the housemates are independent, but enjoy watching shows or playing sports together!
Kyle - Engineer, loves witty jokes and adventures.
Tray - CTO of a blockchain startup who loves watching comedy.
Jeremy - Teacher at a nonprofit.
Spends time photographing and surfing.
Teresa - Engineer at a large tech company.
Loves to travel.
Kion - Sales professional at a blockchains startup.
Plays a lot of basketball.
You - Our newest housemate! Excited about community living and looking forward to being a proactive member of the household.
Clean and respectful of shared spaces in the house.

Details:
House expenses are split on Splitwise, water/gas/electricity, and internet, to roughly $150 a month.
The first month's rent ($1250) and security deposit ($1450) are due at move-in.
