We are a co-ed community of 12 living in a beautiful 12bd/4.
5ba Victorian house right off of Haight Street, and we're looking for instigators, collaborators, creators, intrepid chillers!
Our community is made up of a cross-section of San Francisco.
Engineers, creators, counselors, researchers, baristas.
Hodgepodge! Most of us are in our 20s and early 30s and enjoy being active together, doing activities like rock climbing, biking, surfing, playing chess, going to festivals etc.
.
.
We are relatively quiet on the day-to-day, busy with our jobs or passion projects, but we love to hang out in the evening and on the weekends to make dinner together, watch movies and explore new places.
We also organize events and throw big parties once in a while.
We share a food plan, which keeps the cost of groceries relatively low ($100-$150 a month, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options).
We have a projector for our frequent movie nights anddd a hot tub in the backyard that we really love.
Our Haight Street location is conveniently located right next to bus stops for the 6, 7, 33, 37, and 43 and is a 2-minute walk from Buena Vista Park, a 5-minute walk from the panhandle, and about 12 minutes from Golden Gate Park.
We are a few minutes away from several bars, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.
Parking can be difficult at times, but the car owners here manage to find street parking either on Masonic, around Buena Vista park or along the Panhandle.
Typical difficulties of car ownership in the city…
The bathroom nearest each room is shared with two housemates.
We also may conveniently have some furnishings for sale, e.
g.
a twin bed, nightstand, shelving.
Just ask :)
