Hey, my name is Jared!
I’m looking for a 6-12 month renter to fill the Master bedroom in our townhouse on Treasure Island at the end of the month.
It is such a gem hidden in the hustle and bustle of the chaotic bay, come to the island where time moves a bit slower.
A bit of context:
- Four bedroom unit- currently occupied by three other men.
40m Jarrod, 34m Jared (lol), and 26m Dev.
- We enjoy using the house as intended, feel free to make a mess but then clean it up for the next :)
- You get to live on Treasure Island! A safe haven away from the day to day grind of the Bay Area city life and the weather is amazing.
- Full backyard with storage, perfect for BBQing, exercising, or soaking up some of that Vitamin D.
- Minnie, a nine year old Chihuahua is the only animal that lives here currently.
She is amazing with hoomans but not with other animals.
We don’t mind pet’s that stay in the room aka fish or reptiles, just no roamers please.
On to the basics:
- The room is about 200 square feet along with a full bath.
Full closet as well as carpeted floors.
Plenty of space to stretch out so your style isn’t cramped.
- Free public bus transport off the island.
$5 ferry rides to Pier 1.
We also have parking spots for personal vehicles out front.
- Living on Treasure Island means we don’t pay for utilities, garbage, or a huge savings all on its own!
- Full kitchen with two fridges, gas range stove top, garbage disposal, and a decent amount of square footage in the kitchen.
- Full laundry room with newer washer and dryer
- Wifi is the only monthly additional cost at $26 and it’s pretty dang good.
- 420 friendly and that’s about it, besides some suds here and there ;)
Last but not least:
-Rent is $1,200 a month with a $1,200 deposit due.
Preferably looking for someone to lease for six+ months but flexible for shorter term stays.
-Replacing common use items such as paper towels, butter, spices, etc… is the way we all pitch in!
-Sometimes we enjoy hanging out on the weekends and make a bit more noise than usual, normally we enjoy a tidy, peaceful house.
-Last but not least, respect! Such a simple practice that is the glue that keeps the household running smoothly.
I am available from now until the 31st to show the property and room.
The ultimate goal is to have someone moved in by the first rockin’ and rollin’.
