The furniture includes a bed, dresser or chest of drawers, desk, chair, a lamp for the desk and lighting for the room.
When renting furnished there is a one-time charge of $45 for furniture moving.
You can switch from renting furnished to unfurnished whenever you get your own furniture, so if you are new to the area you can shop as your time and finances permit, and get what you really want.
This large home has 6 bedrooms (including yours); that is why the rents are so affordable for this quality of home and neighborhood.
The home also includes a living room with fireplace, laundry room, and a large kitchen.
Feel free to cook - everyone is equal here.
The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, etc.
Use of laundry equipment included.

This is a stable, comfortable place to live.

There is a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
The rental agreement is Month-to-Month, so just give 30 days notice when you need to move.
Hi, I am Bill, your landlord and the owner of the home.
One of the nice things about this housing arrangement is that everyone is equal.
This is quite different from the experience of renting from a family or a resident owner where it is their place and you feel like an outsider.
Also, your rental agreement is directly with me for your room so you are not “splitting” a larger rent and utilities for the house.
I take care of paying the utilities and finding the housemates so it is my loss (not yours) when a room is vacant.
If another roommate moves out or gets behind on rent it is NOT your problem.
Your costs do not change and it does not mess up your credit.
With this home you won’t have to suddenly pay more money or look for another place and have the expense of moving because another roommate moved out.
It makes for less stress and more happiness.
