We have one furnished / non-furnished room (12 x 16') available in a house in San Mateo near Water, The house is fully furnished (see details below.
) The shared bathroom is in the process of being remodeled completely new.
* The room is available starting on 12-01-20224.
The contract will be for 6 months - 1 year.
after that month-to-month, basis.

Room
- Fully Furnished (queen-size bed, working station, mirror closet, non-furnished can be arranged.
House:
- Fully Furnished with all furniture house, appliances, kitchenware, dining ware, etc.
- Parking: plenty of street parking in front of the house
- Kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is allowed but needs to be cleaned immediately, stove, microwave, oven, sink, counterpot.
- Washer and Dryer in the garage are available.
- Full access to Living Room and dinner Room, with TV 65" Xfinity channel, wi-fi.
with Bose surround sound.
Utilities:
PG&E, GARBAGE, WATER, and INTERNET, are shared between us.
$60-70 a month.
we'll all have some errands to do at the house, cleaning common areas mostly once a month, if you prefer you can set a cleaning ppl, if you have a pet we can talk about it, but I'm in the process of acquiring a dog.
