Located in San Mateo close to the 101 and 92 intersection on the San Mateo side of the lagoon.

I am a male, elementary school teacher by profession.
I typically work 7:30AM-4PM, M-F.
I am looking for a mature, drama free, clean tenant who has very infrequent overnight guests or people at the house (same goes for me).
I think it is important to find a tenant who desires a similar lifestyle.
If you are seeking a clean, quiet home where you can go to and from work, make your food when you get home, sleep, relax, do your laundry, and live in a safe neighborhood this may be for you!
The semi-furnished upstairs room is 8'8" x 13'10" (including the closet).
Basically 112 square feet with a closet and a lot of shelving and cabinets, plus a small desk and desk chair if you need it.
The room needs to hold all of your furniture and major belongings (except you will have more space in the bathroom, kitchen, linen closet to put items belonging in those areas).
You will have use of the entire condo to include bathroom, kitchen, family room, patio, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Your room door locks.
The complex has a pool and a free gym (with plenty of equipment for a full serious workout) directly across the street from my front door (very convenient).
The condo is also situated on the San Mateo lagoon next to a park with a basketball court, baseball diamonds, kids play area, and a walking path that goes around the lagoon.
Drop in a kayak or Paddle board and take off.
You will have off-street parking privileges.
I rent month to month.
It is a 2 month minimum.
I have had tenants stay from 2 months to 5 years.
The $1395 is all inclusive.
It includes monthly room rent, all utilities (HOA dues, water, garbage, electric, gas, pool, gym, landscapers, internet, cable TV with: Apple TV, Netflix, Paramount, Hulu, and Amazon)
Move in: Pay first month (prorated if needed) and last month (30 day notice) plus a $300 deposit for damage/cleaning that you would get back when you move out if nothing is damaged and the room is cleaned.
Total move in is $2790 rent (2 months) plus $300 deposit =$3090 total move-in after signing a month to month contract.
I will be showing the room starting Tues Jan 2nd.
It is ready for immediate move in.
