The hardwood room can be provided either simply furnished or unfurnished.
The house will accommodate three people, including myself, and is situated on a quiet street with ample street parking.
Please note: It is a month to month lease for single occupant inquiries only.
I prefer to a longer occupant.
Rent is $1150 per month, with a $300 security deposit.
Utilities (PG&E, Water) are split, averaging $50-70 monthly.
